Privacy Policy
Last updated: mayo 2026.
1. Who we are
Top Lucky Lobby ("we", "us") is an editorial publication based in Leeds, United Kingdom. We publish independent reviews of UK Gambling Commission licensed online casinos. We are the data controller for the limited personal data processed through topluckylobby.com. For any privacy enquiry, contact [email protected].
2. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the site:
- Essential storage — a localStorage flag confirming you have completed the age gate, and a separate flag recording your cookie-banner choice.
- Optional analytics — only when you consent via the cookie banner. We collect aggregate, anonymised page-view data to understand which reviews are read most.
- Correspondence — if you email us, we retain your message to reply and to maintain a record of editorial corrections.
We do not ask for, and the site does not require, names, addresses, dates of birth, payment details or any account information.
3. Lawful basis (UK GDPR Article 6)
- Legitimate interests for operating a usable, lawful editorial site (the age gate and essential storage).
- Consent for any optional analytics cookies, withdrawable at any time via the cookie banner.
- Legitimate interests for replying to correspondence you initiate.
4. Retention
Essential localStorage entries persist on your device until you clear browser storage. Aggregate analytics, where consented, are retained for no more than 26 months. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required to handle an ongoing query.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with operators reviewed on this site. Outbound links to operator websites carry no identifying parameters from us. Operators set their own cookies and privacy notices on their own domains.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR Articles 13–22)
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where consent is the lawful basis, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data outside these areas.
8. Children
The site is intended for adults aged eighteen and over. Visitors who indicate they are under 18 are directed to underage.html and we do not knowingly process personal data of under-18s.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be notified at the top of this page with a revised date.
